KT House

This project involved the architectural remodeling of two adjacent residential units, merging them into a single unified residence through a redesigned facade and cohesive exterior language. The design challenge was creating visual continuity across what were originally separate structures — resolved through a contemporary facade system combining warm timber vertical fins, full-height glazing, dark steel framing, and a cantilevered roof terrace that reads as one composition from the street. The night render demonstrates the lighting strategy, where facade illumination reinforces the vertical rhythm and gives the building a distinct presence after dark.
