Downtown high rise studio

This is our concept for your project. Firstly we would like to thank you for the possibility to express our ideas.
Please notice that in terms of space organization we offered 2 proposals. We would suggest the first proposal to achieve more
flexibility of space (for the welcoming friends in the space the first proposal is more attractive).
However you can choose which of the furniture positions do you prefer most.

We worked to fullfil all your requirements.

The following requirements were fullfilled:
- modern design (relfected in furniture style)
- queen bed
- small dining table (for 3 persons)
- couch (can be used for extra sleeping)
- modern rug
- proposed new lighting (for a near future that you might like to change them)
- roller shades proposed for the windows
- mid century style of patio seatings
- lighten colors of furniture
- furniture design matches the wall colors (which remained untouched).
- all proposed furniture does not spend you much money.
