The Carmel House

This house is placed in a private neighborhood, located at 55.5 km Panamericana, Pilar, Buenos Aires. The neighborhood has a grove of more than 50 years with pine and eucalyptus trees. Carmel's peculiarity is the lush vegetation and the river Río Lujan that accompanies the landscape. That's why the bluiding take advantage of the context and look for all of these beautiful visuals in each orientation, dividing the house on two levels (public area+parents in the ground floor and the children upstairs) with a modern style, big windows and natural stone in some parts of the facade.
