Bike Hotel

The project of this bike hotel is based on flexibility. the structural grid is defined by a repeated module of beams and pillars in corten steel, infill panels are multifunctional and separate internal and external parts. This extreme modularity grants a stunning evolution possibility to the project during its lifetime; modifying, reducing or expanding it following exigences is possible thanks to the bolting system and ground joints. The distribution scheme is based on a system of ramps and landings, the center of the building are two rectangular courts which define the project area. The result is the creation of a cycle path opened to the landscape of Turin, giving the possibility to cyclists to understand the relationship between the park and the city.
