Edificio Zafiro

This is a 64583.46ft² building for comercial use. It provides eight floors of large offices. Each floor develops 4 sanitary nuclei and work spaces of 5672.581ft². The building is located on the Limay river coast and provides a gas and electric thermomechanical system. In winter with the low temperatures of Argentine Patagonia, the boilers located in a technical plant on the ninth floor use gas to heat the water that reaches the fan coils located on all floors, while in summer electric chillers are used to its cooling.
I participated not only in the design and technical resolutions of the project, but I was also the construction manager, managing the necessary contracts for its execution.
