Reform the old warehouse of my grandparents into modern offices and two little shops: quite an adventure!
My proposal was to keep the ground floor in the best old warehouse style, and project some exposed concrete offices above it.
A small entrance courtyard that divides the users, leaving the shops within the reach of the public and the use of offices privately.
A success!
