House & Coworking

This was a very interesting proposition.
The client's idea was to revive an old family apartment.
Here again the new ways of life appeared: adapting to working from home.
And what a better way to take advantage of this large apartment to merge the uses of housing and coworking?
Taking advantage of the existing disposition of the house, where everything faces the streets, leaving the core of services centralized, the uses were divided: one half housing the other half coworking.
Separate entrances to receive people with different purposes, shared kitchen and bathroom for each area.
The result was a very modern apartment in the middle of the congestion of the city. A more than satisfied client who enjoys a good design, who has reduced his transfers and obtains an extra income for the cowork rental.
A real win win!
