Cubik tower

Our concept combines the characteristics of a multi-storey tower and an isolated super block but also integrates the characteristics of stacked units through subtraction and addition of our fixed module creating the cubed terraces. The project retains a high degree of density while simultaneously forging a contemporary German atmosphere through an active and engaging ground and first floor levels. The reclining and incling terraces integrate naturally with the surrounding, forming a stepped silhouette which offers expansive views across Essen from each and every
unit.
