Shopping centers were born from the evolution of the world, since the needs and way of life are changing daily; Garden Cuernavaca is an urban-architectural project that addresses the theme of entertainment and commerce in the capital of the state of Morelos through a shopping center, the project is developed in the Benito Juárez delegation of the city of Cuernavaca and the land in which it is developed the project measures 88,500 m2.
The project contemplates a total of 224,740 m2 of construction, the shopping center consists of six independent bodies in the superstructure but that at the same time all are linked in the infrastructure since the project has two parking basements, the highest bodies are with two levels, these are in the part of the “Liverpool” and building E, in which a self-service store "Chedraui" is located on the ground floor, the fast food area and restaurants are on the first level as well as the cinema area; Another of the amenities that the project has is a ice rink outdoors.
Garden Cuernavaca has five anchor stores which are: Liverpool, Chedraui, Cinepolis, Laser Tag and an ice rink, in addition to having 71 stores ranging from 70 m2 to 222 m2, of which 19 are premises for the sale of food and 52 are normal business premises.
The executive part of the project consists of the hydro sanitary system, where self-sufficiency and water treatment are contemplated, including also the electrical installation, gas installation, air conditioning, calculation and structural design, topography, voice and data. Garden Cuernavaca will serve as a source of work not only in the execution of the work, but also because of the project as well as promoting development and the economy in Cuernavaca.
