Concept:
The building consists of two halls for 900 and 300 seats, includes transformable conference hall for 200 seats, restaurant and cafe with 150 seats. Music school, media center are located at the first floor.
The complex elevates on artificial hill 1.5m above the main plot and is surrounded by public spaces - squares. Pedestrian shopping street, flanked by two-floor pavilions, shapes the adjacent territory and gives access to the water of Kopa lake. Bioclimatic design envisions the curved-broken axis of the street in order to make a shelter from nasty winds from the lake.
