I have come up with a solution for your house in the mountains that reflects your requirements as closely as possible.
I have left the positions of the kitchen and the bathrooms unchanged, inserting in the master one both the shower and the bathtub, which may also not be free standing.
The kitchen, visually separated from the entrance by a wall in which I have housed a mirror and a shelf, is linear and white with a wood-effect laminate top, to recall the context in which we find ourselves; I have inserted a stone snack top and, next to the window, since the depth of less than 60 cm did not allow me to have an additional column, I have decided to place a wine cellar composed of a series of shelves for holding bottles.
A modern extending wooden table characterizes the dining area that communicates with the kitchen, while the bioethanol fireplace and the structure above it into which I have grafted two small bookcases, separate it from the living room. Two sofas placed opposite each other form a relaxation corner that enjoys the warmth of the fireplace and the beautiful view through the windows. I have connected, by means of a three-door sliding door, this room with the guest room, the latter consisting of a sofa bed, wall units that serve as a wardrobe and a smart working station.
The corridor provides access to the laundry-storage room, the service bathroom and the single guest room, in which I have placed a bed and a wardrobe. In this case, the pull-out bed, as you requested, could be obtained by means of a solution supplied by the Clei company, like the one shown in the renderings. At the end of the hallway I placed the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
For the finishes I thought of a warm oak parquet laid throughout the house, uniforming the environment, while for the walls I imagined the decorative plaster-effect painting further characterizing the rooms because it is interspersed with wooden boiserie with overlapping mirrors, LED games and scraped-off doors of the same essence.
Instead, I inserted rough bricks along the walls of the kitchen and the living-dining room opposite the entrance, so as to create an impression of continuity between these two spaces in the house.
A series of spotlights illuminate the bedrooms and the hallway, while for the living area I opted for modern pendants, but at the same time, in line with the mountain context.
Hoping to have provided you with interesting ideas, I await the results of the contest and send you kind regards.
