The three storey house has been designed on a corner plot to maximise views, natural light yet not compromising on functionality. The design being industrial in concept using exposed concrete, aluminium and brick veneers stands as an icon on the corner of the township. The house utilises the levels as two tenants for Ground floor and the other for first and second floor. The main feature of the house is the Brick-look aluminium screen which plays with the light and shadow for external facade and indoor common areas.
