The brief by the client is quite straight. They want the ware house looks something different than a typical one. They provided me their plans and other related drawings.
Basically i have to work on the elevations of the front two sides.
As the initial concept i came across with the thought that i will hide the typical roofing outlook which are done by profile sheets. For that i will go for ACP panels to bring the look stand out from the crowd.
I used come brick facades to make the structure be a part of the complex as there are some other structures of brick facades as well.
I want to make the name more visible by changing the acp panel color into red.
As there are two mezzanine floors for the worker, i extended the floor slabs into 5 feet sothat it can be used as a balcony as well as it bring the change in the facade.
