E28 (Ongoing) - My client wanted a new, trendy, fresh look for her hardware store, given her father, the previous owner had passed away and the sisters thought it was time to give the company a new look.

For this, I designed a permeable steel structure that allows for privacy for the upper ground offices, sunshading and gives a solid elegant outer look. I detailed the panel modulation, anchoring system and created a "Design Manual" they could use to reproduce the façade in their other hardware stores around the city.
