Starting with the layout, it's meant to create three separate, yet integrated spaces. First you have the corridor, which has a table (or a chair) and a plant on the entrance (which I'm guessing is at the end of the corridor), then you have a credenza with a picture frame and a couple of plants. By the way, the whole landscaping on the renders are just for visualization.

The second ambient is the dining area. This room is blessed with a very big, almost full width glass door, which lets in a very positive amount of natural light, which is great for our neutral tone palette. The wood furniture and the light flooring are already clear and bright, so adding a dark, neutral green-blue wall makes for a perfect way to balance it out and make the room more cozy and personal while still providing us with plenty of vitamin D. We also have two beautiful Monstera plants on each side, whose size are also dialed down a bit by the neutral background, which blends in with the leaves.

On the living area, there are two sofas + we’ll reuse the existing pendant, just recentering one of them (and removing the second one) and painting it with a silver spray. We’ll re center it without breaking the ceiling or anything similar, it’s very easy actually.

There we’ll also have a coffee table, with some more small plants, a darker rug to balance out the brightness of this area. Since in there we don’t have such a big opening as on the dining room, the palette for this area is brighter and more neutral. The thin curtain acts as a way to diffuse and blend the natural light, not making it harsh, but still letting it into the room. We can also add a blackout curtain layer if needed for the TV.

On the right, next to the stairs, we have the Bar and some other decor objects.
