The project consisted in the design of a residential building in Lima, Peru. The proposal included small and flexible 1-bedroom apartments. I created two towers divided by an interior garden so all the lofts could have natural light and ventilation. Both towers are 1.40 meters underground, so the building can respect the height of the other constructions on the area.
