Designed as part of the amenities for a residential development in the heart of the tech area in california, we find this leasing centre and green lounge.

The leasing centre would be the first thing any new tenant would see and, that been the case, the design focused on transmitting the message that this residential development would be like nothing seen before in the area: modern, fresh, luxurious yet down to earth.

The green lounge was conceived with the intention of creating a sanctuary that would shield users from all the noise and fast pace of living and provide them with an area in which the can be calmly social.

Connected to the lounge would be a quiet zone for meditation and a juice bar. the lounge opens in 2 of its wall to gardens, so it was decided to bring the garden indoors as well. refreshing colours and textural finishes make you feel relaxed while still in sync with the la vibe.
