Revitalisation of old textile factory in Lodz, and designing the open space in front.

Main urbanistic problem was putting the parking lot on the parcel, because it would take away square in front of the building, park and open space, so main design decision was lifting the pedestrian street and sqaure on +1 level, while cars and roads stay underneath.
Platform connects with buildings and some of the functions from building get open-air extension, such as restaurants, bars etc.

Factory was transformed into small hostel, restaurants, concept stores, bars, workshops etc.

Whole block became ''urban-hip zone'' for young artists, designers, manufacturers etc.
