Project of the hotel in the city center of Lodz, on street Piotrkowska

Idea was creating completely opened ground floor, to keep the visual connection between the streets on corner, and also to create inviting space.
All the public activities are kept on ground floor and first floor, and there is a bar, restaurant, club, casino etc.
First floor is offeseted inside, so from the street view big volume with rooms can appear floating, levitating on the ground, as ground floor and first floor are made of glass, and volume with rooms is covered with moveable white wooden shutters.

Inside the hotel, from second floor is starting big patio, providing natural light to communication of hotel to avoid unpleasant feeling of dark hallways.
