As a guide I took your solution A as a project with little modifications. I think it's better that entrance to the bathroom be from the hallway, in order to have more space in living room. Also I set up kitchen island on veranda and remove as much doors as I could so the dining room would be much more open and of course there is enough place for watching TV. I think that's better that living room doesn't have door because the space for living room is small enough. Also you didnt't mention wc pretty much, but I design it and added some sanitation. In general I tried to design much more open and minimalistic space and make some contrast with warm(brown) and cold(grey) colours. I hope you like it! (sorry for my bad English)
