The main purpose of this proposal was to offer comfortable spaces and easy access from space to space. The kitchen dining and living room are merged into one open space with a closed cubicle that accommodates the new WC as well as the laundry room. The kitchen offers plenty of storage and easy circulation with the isle in the middle which can be used as a table for a quick snack. The dining room consists of a large table with 2 benches on the sides which can easily accommodate about 10 people. In the same area there is a desk, bookcase and two office chairs which create a home office corner that can become invisible by closing the two large sliding doors. The living room while quite compact has room for 7 or more people a large widescreen tv and a bookcase that also works as partition to the corridor. The bedrooms for the kids are quite spacious and can easily fit all their activities while maintaining the aesthetics of the rest of the apartment. The new master bedroom includes its own ensuite bathroom, plenty of storage space and the appropriate calm ambiance. It's also very visible from the renders that the white zone title was very inspirational for the aesthetic approach.
