Space disposition in Anna's new villa

The house has an ‘L’ shape. The living part is facing the street and the resting part is towards the parcel.
The garage is in the back part as desired with space for two cars, storage and access to the attic.
The idea of the ‘L’ shape in this disposition is that the family still has their private courtyard in the back that they can use openly and where all the house is facing throughout the big windows
