The project proposes to options of a possible plan. The main point was to keep a nice east-oriented kitchen so that it can enjoy the morning sun. The house gets more and more privacy as the rooms get nearer to the backyard. The house can be clearly divided by entrance into public/private- day/night but keeping a guest-bathroom close enough to the entrance. Taking into consideration the fact that it will be hosting a large family we decided to keep the bathrooms close to the sleeping area and keeping them joined will also help when building the sanitation. Another option is to have a main entrance that goes directly to the backyard, it is a nice and interesting view when entering the house, especially if there is a beautiful back garden. Anyway both solutions do have the main rooms oriented towards the garden and kitchen close to an entrance such way that groceries can be easily transported.The kitchen is also closing the terrace, while the living room can be extended outside if the weather is good.
