The proposal presented consists of an entrance on the ground floor with a wall-mounted wardrobe and retractable door to access the day bathroom, and then continues into the living area with sofas, dining table and kitchen with island, here a comfortable room under the stairs for storage and pantry; going up the stairs to the first floor we find the master bedroom with extension onto the terrace, the other two bedrooms and the main bathroom, from this floor it is possible to access the terrace connected externally by the external staircase; furthermore, on the top floor there is a large sun terrace with hydromassage and free spaces for entertainment. As for the back room, this consists of living room with kitchen, bedroom with double bed and wardrobes and finally the bathroom with dressing room with washing machine. Since this solution, while offering many spaces and services, is demanding, a second less invasive solution has also been studied, this one with a few tricks always makes the space usable and livable; in this case no extensions have been proposed and the required environments have been obtained in any case. The style as visible in the renders and tables is in dark tones with warm woods and makes the environment of quality as well as transmitting the high aesthetic level.

La proposta presentata si compone al piano terra di ingresso con mobile per abiti a muro e porta a scomparsa per accedere al bagno giorno, per poi proseguire nella zona living con divani, tavolo da pranzo e cucina con isola, qui è stato ricavato anche un comodo locale sottoscala per ripostigio e dispensa; salendo le scale al piano primo troviamo la camera padronale con ampliamento sulla terrazza, le altre due camere e il bagno principale, da questo piano è possibile accedere alla terrazza collegata esternamente dalla scala esterna; inoltre all’ultimo piano trova spazio la grande terrazza solarium con idromassaggio e spazi liberi per il divertimento. Per quanto riguarda la stanza sul retro questa si compone di living con cucina, camera con letto matrimoniale e armadi e infine il bagno con antibagno con lavatrice. Poiché questa soluzione pur offrendo molti spazi e servizi risulta impegnativa si è studiata anche una seconda soluzione meno invasiva, questa con pochi accorgimenti rende sempre lo spazio ben fruibile e vivibile; in questo caso non sono stati proposti ampliamenti e si sono comunque ricavati gli ambienti richiesti. Lo stile come visibile nei render e nelle tavole è sui toni scuri con legni caldi e rende l’ambiente di qualità oltre a trasmette l’alto livello estetico.
