Vomero 1 was an exciting yet challenging project with the existing structural elements, creating a unique and functional space for residents. Following the main scope of the project for allocating 3 bathrooms, 2 bathrooms have been incorporated in the night zone as one master bath and one as a common bathroom for the other two rooms. The third bathroom is located in the public zone hidden by an anteroom which is not visible to the guests unless they are directed. All bathrooms have been planned to have the existing plumbing services without making any significant service relocations. The most essential laundry has been located within the existing storage room which is being used as the sauna and shower in the current situation with the presence of required plumbing services. The study room has been located closer to the master bedroom and has been located in the night zone which accommodates much quiet environment and easy access whenever required.
