We are very happy to participate in your contest.
We have offered you three designs, the difference between which is the location of the second bathroom and the guest toilet.

In proposal 1, we assumed the presence of a drain pipe in the current sauna area and predicted the second bathroom there.
In proposal 2, we put the guest toilet next to the kitchen to use the current kitchen drain for it. (In this plan, all three bathrooms have windows and natural ventilation)
In proposal 3, we put the second bathroom near the main bathroom to use its drain.

We placed the laundry/storage room near the kitchen so that it has good access to the water and drainage pipes, as well as direct access to the second exit door and the terrace.

We considered the kitchen to be a large and semi-open space with direct access to both the entrance area and the living area.
We considered the kitchen to be a well-equipped and bright space that is suitable for continuous family use.

In the private part of the house (at night), we designed the master bedroom as an independent complex that has a bathroom, walk-in closet and study room, and these parts have direct access to each other.
