Thank you for giving us the opportunity to work on this wonderful project. I humbly present to you my proposed design for your two amazing companies. In the most exquisite & functional capacity, and most importantly, keeping your requirements in mind, the space has been perfectly divided to support the smooth working of both of these companies in the best of industrial design.
Right out of the gate, we see a large commercial office with a beautiful theme of renewability & bringing renovation. There are 3 or 4 well-placed workstations inside, with no division between the various desks and a comfortable sitting area for the clients to wait their turn. And right adjacent to this area is the working space for the employees with internal glazing using the best of natural light.
To the front of the entrance, we also have our "relax/break" area shared by both of these companies. The "collaboration/break" area includes a coffee table with a coffee machine & water dispenser, a three-seater sofa, a small play zone with two bean bags and a chess table, and other sitting arrangements.
The design also incorporates a fully functional meeting room, and two well-placed exhibition spaces, which are used to highlight the best products & services both of these companies have to offer.
