The main concept of Viginia's House is based on respecting the sea view, and building an indoor environment connected to the outdoor space. The ground floor consisted of living area, dinning and kitchen confronting the sea, with a relation with the outdoor pool and the BBQ area which has strong connectivity with the kitchen and the dinning room. The mezzanine is built to overlook the entrance lobby that is double height. The mezzanine consists of master room and 2 rooms with verandas all facing the sea view as well. The house is surrounded with sitting areas and gardens.
