Per la realizzazione del progetto della villa si è pensato di creare un ambiente moderno dalle linee pulite e molto confortevole da vivere. la luce sarà abbondante in ogni angolo della casa. Il seminterrato sarà diviso a metà per richiedere 2 auto, il resto creerà una lavanderia con tutti i comfort e un piccolo bagno con wc e lavabo. Il resto dello spazio sarà occupato da una stanza multifunzionale che può fungere da ufficio, sala giochi o stanza per gli amici. Il piano terra sarà caratterizzato da un ampio open space che avrà una zona lounge con divano a L e 2 comode poltrone orientate verso il camino e parete tv che sarà rivestita in marmo dal pavimento al soffitto. Sul lato del camino ci saranno delle vetrate in modo che il soggiorno sia il più luminoso possibile. L'altro lato del soggiorno sarà occupato da una zona pranzo con tavolo per 6 persone. La cucina comunicherà bene con il soggiorno scorrevole in vetro e sarà a forma di L con un'isola dotata di panca al centro. La cucina avrà annessa una dispensa per posizionare i pasti. L'idraulica sarà ampia sul lato delle scale e ci sarà un calzolaio per scarpe e giacche anche in un corridoio per avere un armadio più grande per riporre i vestiti. Alla fine del corridoio ci sarà la toilette che servirà il soggiorno. Il piano superiore avrà 2 ampie camere da letto, una per bambini e l'altra matrimoniale. La camera da letto padronale avrà un'ampia cabina armadio e un wc che serve la camera da letto con doccia, bidet e lavabo. Le camere da letto e il bagno avranno ciascuna uscita sul balcone. Su questo piano verrà realizzato un ufficio e ci sarà anche un ampio bagno con doccia bidet, una lavatrice e un doppio lavabo. I materiali che verranno utilizzati saranno il legno, i pezzi di velluto, il marmo, il parquet. avrà tonalità di colore chiare con l'intervento del legno scuro per dargli contrasto. tutte le finestre saranno scorrevoli con un telaio minimo e avranno un'altezza di 2,5 m, i soffitti saranno rivestiti di cartone e l'illuminazione sarà fatta con faretti e illuminazione sospesi nei rispettivi angoli delle stanze. le finestre saranno alte dal pavimento al soffitto per massimizzare la luce in casa.
