Ciao caro cliente, come stai? Vorrei iniziare ringraziandovi per l'opportunità di partecipare a questo progetto. È stata una sfida eccellente, tenendo sempre conto delle vostre richieste e necessità. Sono stata molto felice del risultato finale e spero che piaccia anche a voi!
Appena entrati, abbiamo trovato un bellissimo ambiente, super moderno e sofisticato, con toni chiari e neutri. Un bel tavolo di marmo lucido al centro, in modo che tutta la famiglia sia unita e insieme per la cena, con piante ed elementi decorativi che rendono l'ambiente ancora più bello.
La sala da riposo è integrata con la sala da pranzo, un ambiente rilassante con un'estetica pura e chiara, in modo che i residenti possano godersi la lettura, le buone conversazioni e il riposo nel miglior modo possibile. Oltre a contenere anche un biocamino che compone un bel pannello sulla parete, rendendo l'ambiente ancora più accogliente.
La cucina è diventata più grande e quindi più confortevole, oltre a guadagnare bellissimi pannelli di vetro, che lasciano entrare la luce naturale nella residenza e integrano l'esterno all'interno, portando il paesaggio circostante nell'ambiente interno. Questo stesso ambiente è dotato di un ampio piano di lavoro e di molto spazio per riporre tutti gli oggetti necessari, oltre a una penisola con posti a sedere su una panca da pranzo, che è stata posizionata vicino ai pannelli di vetro per sfruttare l'illuminazione naturale che entra attraverso il vetro.
Nel progetto, abbiamo introdotto una piccola stanza contenente un letto matrimoniale a scomparsa per gli ospiti, fornendo tutto il comfort ai vostri visitatori, senza tralasciare l'estetica del luogo. Inoltre, al piano terra è stata progettata una stanza per lo studio e l'ufficio, dove è stata collocata una bella scrivania per computer, appunti e lettura, oltre a un bel divano per riposare e fare una pausa caffè/lettura.
Al piano terra sono stati progettati due bagni completi, uno accanto all'area sociale, per facilitare l'accesso dei residenti e dei visitatori che si trovano nella sala da pranzo, nella stanza del riposo, nello studio o nella camera degli ospiti. L'altro è integrato accanto alla suite padronale.
La camera da letto principale è stata progettata con un bel letto, molto spazioso e accogliente, affacciato sul balcone sopra il garage. La suite dispone anche di una cabina armadio per riporre i vestiti e di un bagno privato completo.
Scendendo le scale (che sono state ristrutturate e sui lati sono stati installati pannelli di vetro per una migliore illuminazione naturale), si raggiunge la sala TV, con bellissimi e spaziosi divani, un ambiente molto ampio e accogliente per tutta la famiglia. Accanto a questa stanza è stata progettata una sala giochi, che funziona come un'estensione della sala TV, e vi si possono installare tavoli da gioco, giochi elettronici, o se si sceglie un tavolo da pranzo, o i mobili che meglio si adattano alla famiglia.
Sullo stesso piano, si trova il soggiorno con scaffali e armadi, in modo da poter riporre i vestiti che non vengono utilizzati nella stagione in corso e gli oggetti che la famiglia desidera conservare. La lavanderia è stata collocata e progettata in un luogo ben ventilato e allo stesso tempo sfruttando i pilastri già esistenti per comporre la parete. Il suo posizionamento accanto al ripostiglio è intenzionale, per facilitare l'organizzazione dei vestiti della famiglia.
Le due camere da letto sono state progettate con ampi spazi, potendo allocare un grande letto bello e accogliente, un armadio e un bel pannello con televisione e persino una scrivania (trasformando la stanza anche in uno studio privato), diventando un ambiente completo per il residente.
Su questo piano c'è anche un bagno completo, che serve per le persone che si trovano nella sala TV e per i residenti che si trovano nelle camere da letto.
Come ho detto all'inizio, è stata una sfida fantastica progettare questa casa, potete essere certi che ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per servirvi al meglio. Hello dear customer, how are you? I would like to begin by thanking you for the opportunity to participate in this project. It has been a wonderful challenge, always taking your requests and needs into account. Sono stata molto felice del risultato finale e spero che piaccia anche a voi!
Upon entering , we found a beautiful environment, super modern and sophisticated, with light and neutral tones. A beautiful polished marble table in the center, so that the whole family is united, and together for dinner, with plants and decorative elements that make the environment even more beautiful.
The rest room is integrated with the dining room, a relaxing environment with a pure and clear aesthetic, so that the residents can enjoy reading, good conversations, and rest in the best possible way. Besides also containing a biofireplace that composes a beautiful panel on the wall, making the place even cozier.
The kitchen became bigger and more comfortable, besides having beautiful glass panels, which let the natural light enter the residence, and integrate the exterior to the interior, bringing the surrounding landscaping to the internal environment. This same environment has a large countertop and plenty of storage space, all the necessary items, plus a peninsula with seating on a dining bench, which was positioned near the glass panels to take advantage of the natural lighting coming in through the glass.
In the project, we introduced a small room containing a retractable double bed for guests, providing all the comfort for your visitors, without leaving the aesthetics of the place aside. In addition, a study and office room was designed on the first floor, where a nice desk for computers, note-taking and reading was placed, as well as a nice sofa for resting and a coffee/reading break.
Two complete bathrooms were designed on the first floor, one next to the social area, for easy access of residents and visitors who are in the dining room, rest room, study or guest room. The other is integrated next to the master suite.
The main bedroom was designed with a beautiful bed, very spacious and cozy, facing the balcony above the garage. The suite also has a walk-in closet for clothes storage and a full private bathroom.
Down the stairs (which were renovated and glass panels were installed on the sides for better natural lighting), you can reach the TV room, with beautiful and spacious sofas, a very spacious and cozy environment for the whole family. Next to this room a game room was designed, which works as an extension of the television room, where you can install game tables, electronic games, or if you prefer a dining table, or the furniture that best suits the family.
On the same floor, there is the living room with shelves and closets, so that the clothes that are not being used in the current season can be stored, as well as items that the family wishes to keep there. The laundry room was situated and designed in a well ventilated place and at the same time taking advantage of the existing pillars to make up the wall. Its positioning next to the storage room is intentional, in order to facilitate the organization of the family's clothes.
The two bedrooms were designed with ample space, being possible to allocate a large, beautiful and cozy bed, closet and a beautiful panel with television and even a desk (turning the room into a private study too), becoming a complete environment for the resident.
There is also a complete bathroom on this floor, which serves the people in the TV room, and the residents in the bedrooms.
