Gentile cliente ecco il progetto di restyling delle sue ville. Il progetto di Villasimius è incentrato sul rapporto con il bellissimo panorama esterno reso possibile dalla creazione di grandi vetrate in ogni punto dove possibile. Questo permette di guardare fuori anche dall'interno della villa. Oltre a ciò sono stati inseriti parapetti in vetro in modo da non avere nessun ostacolo visivo. Inoltre il progetto soddisfa anche il bisogno di aumentare i bagni. E' stato possibile ricavare un bagno a servizio di ogni camera. I colori e le finiture sono rispettose del paesaggio dove si inserisce la villa. Segnaliamo per sua informazione che è stato necessario un ridisegno totale in dwg delle planimetrie dello stato di fatto in quanto quelle fornite erano molto più grandi di quelle cartacee fornite in corso di contest. Le planimetrie del nostro progetto sono corrispondenti alle reali misure della villa.
Per il progetto di Oleandra proponiamo la modifica della piscina secondo i suoi bisogni, quindi zona stile spiaggia e zona idromassaggio. Oltre a ciò abbiamo inserito una copertura praticabile e scorrevole della piscina. Questo consente di proteggerla al meglio durante le stagioni di non utilizzo e di creare una zona definita utilizzabile come solarium nelle stagioni di apertura. La privacy per la vostra casa è garantita da un pergolato con pannelli di chiusura scorrevoli che possono resistere anche al vento di maestrale. Lo stesso principio è utilizzato per il nuovo gazebo dell'angolo bar. Qualora lo vogliate siamo disponibili a proseguire la progettazione di entrambe le ville.

The Villasimius project focuses on the relationship with the beautiful external panorama made possible by the creation of large windows wherever possible. Furthermore, the project also satisfies the need to increase bathrooms. It was possible to create a bathroom serving each room. The colors and finishes are respectful of the landscape where the villa is located. For his information, we would like to point out that a total redesign of the current state plans in dwg was necessary as those provided were much larger than the paper ones provided during the contest. The floor plans of our project correspond to the actual measurements of the villa.
For Oleandra's project we propose modifying the swimming pool according to her needs, therefore a beach-style area and a hydromassage area. In addition to this, we have inserted a workable and sliding cover for the pool. This allows it to be better protected during the seasons of non-use and to create a defined area that can be used as a solarium in the opening seasons. Privacy for your home is guaranteed by a pergola with sliding closing panels that can resist even the mistral wind. The same principle is used for the new gazebo in the bar area.
