Two bathrooms are designed- one with bath, near the three children's bedrooms, and one with shower for the master bedroom and guests.
The staircase is at the same place, extended to the upper level by an open steps and glass.
The attic have mini apartment for guests and an open space office/studio with a large terrace facing the garden.
All facade materials are designed by using Trespa panels even the modern accent of the winter garden.
The garden is designed with a chindren's playground and gazebo. There is enough space for a car inside the garden if needed.
