For the project, the provided DWG was completely respected, only changing interior walls, windows and accesses, the location of the pool and materials for the facade, all load-bearing walls were respected, as well as the roof with its slope.

The accesses to each housing unit are on opposite sides, this with the aim that each unit has the greatest possible privacy, once you enter the house you will find a white gravel path with slabs as a path to reach the house.

The ground floor consists of an interior social area composed of the living room, dining room and kitchen which is linked to the exterior social area composed of the terrace with dining room and exterior room and the pool area with sun loungers in addition to the front and rear gardens. from the service area where the kitchen is, the laundry that was placed in the dead area and the bathroom in the back, finally there is room number 1 in the private area and it has access to a small external terrace and to the garden rear. It should be noted that a perimeter path was placed for the outside area of ​​the pool and terrace so that you can reach any part of the house without having to cross it.

The upper floor is composed of the main room which has a view of the sea due to its location and it has a dressing room, there is also room number 2 which has a view of the front garden and the pool, finally, we have the bathroom which serves both rooms.

It should be noted that all bathrooms have natural ventilation and all rooms have good views of either the back or front garden.
