The project contours itself around wood and stone-like concrete finishes. The dining area is close to the kitchen with a view towards the garden . The living room is basically oriented towards the garden. The study has been kept with lesser furniture. The desks are oriented toward the entrance in order to make the space psychologically calm. Thus way it also enables to have a large wall in front of them. This wall can be used for a projector making this room also convertible to a cinema room. For this reason we proposed beanbag type seating here. The furniture is not very costly with exception to certain items like the sofa, dressing or bed which need to be more unique. The design is light with a neutral background and olive green or plant accents here and there. For the bathrooms we envisioned some freestanding tubs with a wooden or pebble-like finish underneath.
