Salve cliente spero che il progetto soddisfi le sue attese, per la sua villa da sogno.
Partendo dalle vostre esigenze si è sviluppato un progetto di una villa da 150 mq (muri compresi)
con vista privileggiata sul Golfo della Sardegna, con alternanza di volumi chiusi a spazi aperti.
L'accesso al lotto è dato da una strada lastricata in pietra, nel livello -1 (piano seminterrato)
si sono realizzati 3 posti auto coperti che se vuole può farli chiusi e trasformarli in garage.
Dal livello -1 si accede all'edificio tramite ascensore (percorre l'intero edificio) e scale.
Al livello 0 troviamo la zona giorno, composta da Living, cucina_pranzo, studio, bagno e 3 terrazze.
La zona giorno è pensata come un grande open_space, fra la zona cucina_pranzo e la zona living sono
stati inseriti 2 volumi (uno composto dallo studio, l'altro da bagno e ascensore) che creano una
zona filtro tra le 2 zone in modo da dare maggiore riservatezza alla zona living.
Il living è a doppia altezza con vetrate a tutta altezza su 2 lati (vista golfo), da questa zona
si può accedere direttamente alla terrazza con piscina (12 x 4,5 m).
La seconda terrazza diventa una estensione della zona cucina pranzo, in modo da poter mangiare all'esterno,
la terza terrazza unisce le 2 principale percorrendo longitudinalmente l'intera villa, da questa terrazza
vi è anche uno dei 2 accessi allo studio.
Il livello 1 è destinato alla zona notte, con 3 camere con cabina armadio, 2 bagni di cui interno
alla camera principale, la caratteristica del livello 1 è l'alternanza di volumi (camere) a spazi
aperti (piccole terrazze), il disimpegno è stato pensato in vetro in modo da enfatizzare questa
alternanza. Le 3 camere sono pensate come 3 cannocchiali rivolti sul golfo.

P.S. Il nostro studio di progettazione e design si occupa anche di arredi su misura e quindi è in contatto
con diverse aziende (poliform, lualdi, londonart, nemo illuminazioni, etc...), saltando un intermediario

The living area is thought of as a large open_space, between the kitchen area and the living area
2 volumes were added (one made up of the study, the other one by the bathroom and the elevator) that created one
Filter area between the 2 zones to give greater privacy to the living area.
Living is double height with glazed windows on 2 sides (gulf view), from this area
You can access directly to the terrace with swimming pool (12 x 4.5 m).
The second terrace becomes an extension of the dining kitchen area, so you can eat outside,
The third terrace joins the main 2 along the entire length of the villa, from this terrace
There is also one of the 2 accesses to the study.
Level 1 is intended for the sleeping area, with 3 bedrooms with wardrobe, 2 bathrooms inside
To the main room, the level 1 feature is the alternation of space volumes (rooms)
Open (small terraces), the hallway was designed in glass to emphasize this
alternation. The 3 rooms are thought to be 3 gas powered binoculars.
