The idea of the project is to, following the client’s requirements, create a functional space, with simple and modern atmosphere. Functionality and logical movement throughout the whole house were put in the first place. My approach is to make a clear design that has a spectacular scenery onto the lake and connect to environment which will make a good atmosphere to the users.

First of all, there are three floor in this house where on the ground floor some functions that clearly as service function such as Parking area, garage, and small garden that connect the nature with the house. Secondly, 1st floor is a space for the users to feel more about a small place for relax time. Therefore, swimming pool, Living area, Kitchen and dining area, and reading room were placed on this floor to help the users having the best relaxation that they can choose.

2nd Floor as top area of the house has some rooms for example Master bedroom, 1st bedroom and 2nd bedroom as client’s request. Master bedroom are equipped with multi-function furniture and has a modern bed with simple style, Office table which is used for client to do his task, and modern wardrobe is also placed in this room is matched with the atmosphere from this room. As one of service area of this room there is bathroom that have some furniture for supporting facilities such as bath tub, shower, toilet, bidet and basin. The bedroom is bright, soft and gentle to all senses, keeping the warm and delightful feel.

1st and 2nd Bedroom are supporting room after Master bedroom, where there are some facilities such as closets room for user and office table. Functionality of the space with the choice of cozy furniture that breathes warmth, elegance, simplicity and harmony was put in the first, while conveys a Modern style.
