The project is structured on the idea of a long, narrow factory parallel to road 54 and located at the highest part of the lot so that you can enjoy the full panorama. The narrow body makes it possible to achieve transverse ventilation across all environments by taking advantage of the hallway that disengages the various functions. Likewise, facing south, towards the most favorable solar orientation, and north, towards the panorama, is guaranteed in all environments.
Access to the house takes place through a stairway that solves the difference between the road and the entrance area of the living area or through the basement of the garage directly accessible from the road through an inclined ramp. All three
floors of the house are connected with a staircase and an elevator. The pool is enclosed in the double-height lounge block so that it appears suspended on the water thus alleging the impact of the volume.
The sofa system is set on a swing platform that can rotate 360 ° orienting the view to the panorama, or to the pool, or to the BBQ area or to the TV area while comfortably sitting and relaxed on the sofas. The garden spaces are designed to stay with the Mediterranean scrub in the downstream and upstream, then natural. Near the pool and the front of the house the garden becomes a horizontal green lawn, which in the south part welcomes the open-air barbecue with barbecue. An external staircase connects this level with the top garden floor. An armored reinforced concrete wall faces the front of the pool and stabilizes
the slope.
The garage cover plan is a green garden lawn garden on which the study on the ground floor and the master bedroom on the first floor bend. The aesthetics of the house are carved by a frame that envelops the entire volume by projecting the shadows on the facades and thus making the system changeable by spending hours of the day.
