Descrizione

The solution proposes a compact volume that maximizes the esternal area and reduces energy loss thtough the perimeter.
The internal distribution divides the house in two zones - the day area placed in the front in direct connection to the entrance, and the night area developed in the back of the volume and composed by three rooms and two bathrooms.
The areas dedicated to the studio - livingroom, diningroom and kitchen are connected in a fluid space organized around the fireplace. The kitchen/diningroom area uses the internal volume of the roof to enhance the spacial effect and to maintain the definition of the zones while allowing the continuity of the space.
The 19 sqm "studio" (living room) is treated as an alcove that may be separated from the main room by sliding doors and is accessible directly from the outside.
