The villa is designed to provide an open relation with the surrounding green space. The L shape lets for dividing more private spaces from other ones.
The idea behind the structural system, is to eliminate columns and use load-bearing walls, which at the same time accommodate utilities and service areas.
The pool is to be accessed from both living rooms: the private one and the bigger one. The eastern porch, serving as an entrance, can accommodate breakfast or dining tables.
The whole villa is raised 1 meter from the ground, not only to give privilege to the viewer from inside the villa, but also to minimize construction costs relating to insulations against both moisture and temperature loss.
