The main concept was to create a long building so that all the main spaces have the best view and the best orientation of the sun. On the back of the building it has been placed an auxiliary zone with secondary uses. As for the volumes, they take advantage of the topography and each floor slides forward to create a veranda for its upper space. Furthermore the main living areas have glass walls to expand the borders of the interior spaces. A continuous path with staircases connects all the levels with both entrances which are placed at Via G.Caria and Viale Moro.
