My main goal in this project was to create comfortable and functional apartment according to your needs.
The plan includes:
* Spacious entrance with entry closet and mirror corner. Long hallway has got plenty of storage and make this space very useful
* The living area - consists of a kitchen, dining area and living area. It is positioned in the place of the two existing rooms, so it now overlooks the square and gets a lot of light
-Dining zone is with extendable table, center of apartment where family and quests gets together
-Kitchen with peninsula, is now large enough to accommodate a family of 5. The kitchen is bordered by a sliding door that can be closed or opened when needed.
* The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms (two single for children with large closets and a desk and a double for parents)
* Two bathrooms are positioned next to the existing drain column. One is connected with master bedroom and second is for everyone use, with washer and dryer.
The new layout features a large open space where each room has its functional identity.
Depending on your needs and esthetics the apartment can be differently furnished. It can be high-end modern place or a warmer place with more classical elements. Proposed furniture is just an option, to show you different possibilities.
