La ristrutturazione dell'appartamento è stata concepita seguendo le richieste espresse da Voi.
Il primo passo è stato quello di dividere ottimamente gli spazi, separando la zona giorno dalla zona notte tramite un muro divisorio creando un piccolo disimpegno. E' stato pensato inoltre un locale cucina chiuso sia dall'ingresso che verso il soggiorno realizzando così uno spazio autonomo con un tavolino per la colazione; in questo modo il living e la sala da pranzo godono di uno spazio importante.
L'antibagno, che accoglie in un pratico armadio apposito lavatrice, asciugabiancheria e tutto il necessario per la pulizia della casa, è stato ridotto aumentando così lo spazio per il soggiorno, mentre la porta è stata sostituita con uno scorrevole meno ingombrante.
Per quanto riguarda le camere, in quella padronale (n°2) è stata inserita una comoda cabina armadio senza modificare la stanza n°3 riservata agli ospiti; la camera n°4, la più grande e spaziosa, è stata pensata per lo sviluppo di vostro figlio con una culla/lettino e un letto singolo, insieme ad una scrivania e a pratiche armadiature/scaffalature.

It was also thought a local kitchen closed both from the entrance and towards the living room creating an autonomous space with a table for breakfast; In this way the living room and the dining room enjoy an important space.
The bathroom, which accommodates in a practical closet washing machine, tumble dryer and everything necessary for the cleaning of the house, has been reduced thus increasing the space for the living room, while the door has been replaced with a less cumbersome slide.
About the rooms, in the master bedroom (N ° 2) a comfortable walk-in closet was inserted without modifying the room No. 3 reserved for the guests; the room No. 4, the largest and most spacious, is designed for the development of your child with a cradle/crib and a single bed, together with a desk and practical wardrobes/Shelving
