We removed all existing walls in order to make better space usage. First of all, we used part of ex.kitchen zone to make functional bathroom with big shower, wc toilet and bath sinc. On the oposite side we designed bedroom with big bed for two persons and confort drawer.
As you can see in our color scheme, the rest of apartment (central zone) will be open space which joins kitchen and living room in order to make impression of bigger space.

It is obvious that you cannot have full batrhoom, functional kitchen with an island, dinning zone for six people, confort living room and bedroom with big bed for two, so we designed multifunctional island to be central element of the appartment with variable function. Firstly, it is good visual barrier looking from living room to the kitchen, but this interior element can easely be used in many different ways. It regullary can be used as big dinning table for six or more people. Also, it can be working desk with electricity plug in for lap top, or space from where you can enjoy looking your TV when you have more than few people in the flat. In the end, this multifunctional island can also be used as kitchen extension if you need additional space for food preparation.
