Il progetto prevede una ridistribuzione degli spazi senza
alterare gli elementi strutturali preesistenti. Vengono proposte due soluzioni: nella prima viene scelta la
formula open space, sfruttando al massimo la luminosità dell'appartamento e
garantendo ampi spazi. In questa soluzione troviamo un ambiente molto grande
dove si collocano un ampia zona living, la zona dining, nonchè la cucina, che
rimane comunque non visibile dall'ingresso. Vi è poi un'ampia master bedroom,
con guardaroba e bagno privato, un secondo bagno con accesso dal salone ed un
locale lavanderia/ripostiglio. Nella seconda proposta vengono sfruttati al massimo gli
spazi interni dell'appartamento ricavando una seconda camera da letto. In
questa soluzione troviamo un ampio soggiorno, una cucina collegata al soggiorno
ma non a vista, un'ampia master bedroom, con guardaroba e bagno privato, la
seconda camera da letto, un secondo bagno con accesso dal salone ed un locale
lavanderia/ripostiglio. Ambedue le soluzioni sono commercialmente molto valide
potendosi riferire a target diversi. La ristrutturazione non prevede grandi interventi
strutturali e, di conseguenza, grosse spese, per cui vale la pena soffermarsi
in particolar modo sulle rifiniture (es. controsoffitti e porte scorrevoli). Come colore preponderante viene suggerito il bianco per
garantire la massima luminosità. La stima del costo per il totale delle opere e per
l'arredamento è di circa 20/25.000 euro, cifra che varia a seconda

therefore, significant cost, so it is worth dwelling especially on the finishes
(eg ceilings and sliding doors). As is suggested predominant color white for maximum
brightness. The estimated cost for the total works and interior design
