The project aims to optimize the available space, dividing the surface in this way: - A living area with lounge, dining room, kitchen; - a "service area" with entrance, bathroom, small hallway, utility room, appropriately located in the central part of the house, with no natural light; - A sleeping area with two bedrooms, a single room with walk-in closet, bed, desk, bookcase and a double room with double bed, two bedside tables and a large closet.
