I have suggested two plans for you, the difference between them is in the layout of the living room.
I tried to use the combination of contrasting and complementary colors in the design of the house.
In the first proposed plan in the corner of the living room, I considered the study space.
I increased the dimensions of the children's room and arranged it so that it consists of two separate and symmetrical parts.
Considering the small and inappropriate dimensions of the current private bathroom, I assumed its layout to be fixed and considered the future terrace from the guest bathroom and the master bedroom.
I found the current wall lights to be suitable, but if you need to replace them, I would suggest a new wall light.
For the TV wall, I considered a large unit that could be used as a bookcase, a biological fireplace (remove it if you don't like it) and a closet for storage.
To prepare the furniture, you can use the attached file and choose the color of the sofa from the renderings.
