A mixture of nature and modernism was the essence of the design; each space was created to provide maximum functionality, while providing a convenient, light filled, well ventilated environment. This was achieved through creating a natural or semi-natural scene within each space. Specifically for the basement floor, that currently has no source of sunlight, a double height court was created that induces sunlight to the meeting room and recreational space, while also creating a natural view for the founders' offices and meeting room
