Oggetto del progetto è la ristrutturazione di un appartamento sito al piano mezzanino di una palazzina anni 80 al fine di realizzare due appartamenti con ingresso indipendente.
L' Appartamento A è così composto :
- Ingresso nella zona soggiorno
- Cucina separata
- Camera da letto matrimoniale con annessa cabina armadio
- Seconda stanza da adibire a studio o camera da letto singola
- Due bagni di cui una con finestra ed uno dotato di areazione meccanica
- Ripostiglio
- Disimpegno notte dove vengono ricavati una zona lavanderia ed un armadio a muro
L' Appartamento B è così composto :
- Ingresso nella zona soggiorno/pranzo
- Cucina che viene mantenuta quella già esistente
- Camera matrimoniale che viene realizzata nell'attuale soggiorno, quindi fanno parte dell'arredamento il camino e la libreria che il cliente vuole mantenere
- Bagno dove viene inserita anche la lavatrice
- Ripostiglio che rimane nella posizione attuale
Consigli:
I lavori principali riguardano:
- Demolizione di alcune pareti interne
- Demolizione del bagno esistente adiacente al vano scala
- Ristrutturazione del bagno esistente collocato nella zona notte attuale
- La realizzazione del secondo bagno nell'appartamento A e relativi impianti
- La realizzazione del bagno nell'appartamento B e relativi impianti
- La realizzazione della cucina nell'appartamento A e i relativi impianti
Visto il tipo di lavori da fare si consiglia di eseguirli tutti in una fase
Tenendo conto, delle esigenze del clienti, in futuro di trasformare i due appartamenti in unica unità abitativa si consiglia di realizzare i pavimenti tutti con la stessa finitura.

Apartment B is composed as follows:
- Entrance into the living / dining area
- Kitchen that retains the existing one
- Double bedroom that is built in the current living room, so the fireplace and the library that the customer wants to keep are part of the furnishings
- Bathroom where the washing machine is also inserted
- Storage room that remains in its current location.
Tips:
The main works concern:
- Demolition of some internal walls
- Demolition of the existing bathroom adjacent to the stairwell
- Renovation of the existing bathroom located in the current sleeping area
- The construction of the second bathroom in apartment A and related systems
- The construction of the bathroom in apartment B and related systems
- The realization of the kitchen in apartment A and the relative systems
Given the type of work to be done, it is recommended to perform them all in one phase
Taking into account the customer's needs, in the future to transform the two apartments into a single housing unit, it is advisable to create all floors with the same finish.
