The design concept of the new offices La Fenice is delineated on a minimal distribution of the spaces and furnishings.

The use of traditional materials, existing brick , oak wood, burnished brass

alternated by blacks metallic elements such as windows, mirrors blacks, LED monitors and leather seats.

The functions are followed through the long tunnel gallery "a Botte"

and the meeting area is reconsidered following the same minimal style.
