La soluzione consiste nella realizzazione di più ambienti da dedicare a varie funzioni in modo da rendere l’ambiente versatile e quindi adattabile in relazione alle richieste. In particolare si compone di un primo spazio collocato in prossimità dell’ingresso e adibito a zona relax con divanetto e poltroncine, comode anche per una pausa grazie alla presenza dell’angolo bar. Abbiamo poi due uffici chiusi con scrivania e delle postazioni lavoro con scrivanie bifacciali e mensola in stile coworking per un totale di circa 10 postazioni oltre ai due uffici chiusi. Inoltre trova spazio una saletta per riunioni allestita in una soluzione con poltroncine singole e nell’altra con grande tavolo centro stanza. La soluzione presentata ha permesso di sfruttare al massimo gli spazi e lascia invariati gli accessi in modo da poter utilizzare l’uno o l’altro in base alle esigenze. Trova anche spazio un comodo ripostiglio e il bagno con antibagno. Inoltre l’utilizzo di pannellature vetrate per dividere gli uffici permette il passaggio continuo di luce naturale, ed anche le scrivanie bifacciali essendo collocate di fianco al parapetto godono di una buona illuminazione utili per creare un ambiente di lavoro confortevole.

The solution consists in the creation of multiple environments to be dedicated to various functions in order to make the environment versatile and therefore adaptable in relation to requests. In particular, it consists of a first space located near the entrance and used as a relaxation area with sofa and armchairs, also comfortable for a break thanks to the presence of the bar corner. We then have two closed offices with desks and workstations with double-sided desks and coworking style shelves for a total of approximately 10 workstations in addition to the two closed offices. There is also space for a meeting room set up in one solution with single armchairs and in the other with a large table in the center of the room. The solution presented allowed us to make the most of the spaces and leaves the accesses unchanged so that one or the other can be used according to needs. There is also space for a comfortable closet and a bathroom with dressing room. Furthermore, the use of glass panels to divide the offices allows the continuous passage of natural light, and the double-sided desks, being placed next to the parapet, also enjoy good lighting useful for creating a comfortable working environment.
